"Former customer of 15 years... First they let my car insurance lapse without calling me. Thank goodness that GM Financial called me and told me I didn't have insurance on my new car. Then I get a letter from FEMA saying I don't have flood insurance anymore. Luckily FEMA let me know and the insurance is renewed, but I could have lost the ability to be covered. Tim Paul doesn't care. Their agents probably don't care either. This is a washed up insurance agency. Check your insurance every year and don't let these people have any of your money."

Mr. Paul and his crew have gone above and beyond at every turn through the years. A little more than a year ago my husband and I purchased a house in Liberty Tx and even though there are 2 other insurance companies within a 10 block radius of our new home I chose them to insure my home, not because of convenience (I live more than 50 miles away) nor was it because of affordability I never even questioned that I would be receiving the best from the best; they haven't failed to deliver in all these years! "I was a long time client of Tim. I let my business policy lapse on purpose and some months later I get a collections letter for non payment!. There was fine print on auto-renewal supposedly. I always pay my bills I always pay on time. I discussed this with Tim for several months. I had to get upset possibly get through him. State Farm Dispute Center and the Collections agency both told me to contact my agent Tim's stance was that he had nothing he could do it was out of his hands. I judge men on how they handle adversity rather than when everything is going smooth. Just my two cents and I hope my credit is not affected for 7 years over this ridiculous situation."
